Strategic Influence: How Purposeful Voices Shape My Digital Journey           Influencer marketing has become one of the most powerful tools in a digital marketer’s toolbox. Unlike traditional marketing tactics, it leverages individuals with loyal, engaged audiences to promote products and services in a more personal and authentic way. As a digital marketing student and aspiring content strategist, I not only study influencer marketing—I actively follow and learn from those who embody its best practices.      Yes—I do follow influencers, but with purpose. For me, following an influencer isn’t just about entertainment. It’s about learning, growing, and staying up to date with strategies that work. One influencer I follow closely is Erin On Demand, a digital content strategist known for her educational and empowering videos about content planning, brand building, and entrepreneurship. I use TikTok for short-form videos showcasing my creative process, and Instagram for curated posts, reels, and interactive stories to connect with my audience. •   Pinterest  – I use Pinterest for inspiration...

Screen Time Tells No Lies - Mind Blown Throughout a typical day, I spend my time scrolling through social media and working on school assignments. As I intend to pursue a career in social media marketing, I am constantly staying updated with the latest trends and popular products across all social media platforms. I find it interesting how phones now track screen time, and upon checking mine, I discovered that I spent over four hours on my phone today. I mainly use TikTok, as I am a beginner content creator, and focus on building my social media presence there. Snapchat is my second most used app, and I often find myself getting caught up in unnecessary stories and streaks with friends. I've noticed that my emotional responses are closely tied to the content I consume. During the peak of the pandemic, there was a surge in "doom-scrolling," which is the relentless consumption of distressing news on various online platforms. I believe that being mindful of what we choose to...
